At Bayu The Label, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
